A WORD ABOUT THE MISERABLES

 My translation of Victor Hugo's preface to Les Miserables is he talks about the three problems back then that existed which still until this day sadly are still common and exist as well which are the degradation of man by poverty, the ruin of women by starvation, and the destruction of children through lack of hope. While those three problems still exist and misery continues on Earth then books like Les Miserables will never be useless and always have a use which is to inspire people.
